We have developed Taskfulness, an innovative app designed to tackle procrastination head-on starting from your phone. With Taskfulness, you can reclaim control of your emotions and break free from autopilot mode. Give it a try, completely free for 7 days, and rediscover your emotional intelligence skills.
How Does Taskfulness Work?
Upon downloading Taskfulness, you can select and "reason-lock" the apps you find yourself frequently using—be it social media, messaging apps, news platforms, or games. Each time you attempt to access these apps, Taskfulness's AI prompts you to engage in a "mental check-in" process. This involves identifying your emotions, stating a specific task, and setting a time frame for completion.
For instance:

</ul>
If your emotions and task align harmoniously, the app will unlock and remain accessible for the duration you've set. However, if your emotions are negative, the task lacks specificity, or the allocated time is insufficient, Taskfulness's AI will offer guidance to help you refocus.
An added feature worth mentioning is that while engaged in a task, Taskfulness will periodically remind you to stay on track, preventing you from getting sidetracked.
Tracking Your Progress with Statistics
With Taskfulness, you can view a comprehensive overview of all the tasks you've unlocked throughout the day. This invaluable feature ensures that you never find yourself wondering where your time has gone.

Each instance of unlocking the app takes a mere 20 seconds, resulting in an average time-saving of 45 minutes per day per user. Customers who reason-lock two or more distracting apps report saving an average of 8 hours each week.
